Information We Collect

The website may collect business contact details, company and country or region, RFQ product, project, and complete submitted text, drawing or specification links supplied with the inquiry, form consent, source page, and policy version, visited pages, consent choice, and basic device, browser, performance, click, and scroll signals, first and latest attributed landing paths, first and latest source categories, safe internal source paths or external hostnames, and accepted UTM campaign codes, RFQ request context such as source IP address, Cloudflare country code, time zone, data-center code, and request identifier; browser language, time zone, and User-Agent; and email domain. After an RFQ is accepted, its complete submitted text and any requester-supplied secure drawing or specification link are stored in Cloudflare D1 before notification emails are sent.

Purpose and Legal Basis

MTTJ uses submitted information to receive and route RFQ messages; respond to business inquiries; prepare quotation discussions; coordinate sales, engineering, purchasing, production, quality, packaging, and delivery planning; protect the website and RFQ form from abuse; support manual review of inquiry identity and request context; measure website use and improve content, navigation, and RFQ paths; maintain ordinary business inquiry records. Where a legal basis is required, processing is tied to steps requested by the business contact before a potential contract; ordinary B2B communication and legitimate business interests where applicable; website security, abuse prevention, and recordkeeping; visitor consent for optional analytics where applicable; other bases required by the applicable relationship or law.

Project Coordination

Information may be viewed by MTTJ personnel and authorized coordination contacts who support international RFQs, specification discussion, manufacturing communication, testing discussion, documentation support, and delivery planning.

Service Providers

Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Pages Functions, Cloudflare D1, Cloudflare Queues, the MTTJ RFQ notification Worker, Resend, and MTTJ business email systems may process information to operate the website, protect and store accepted RFQs, queue notifications, deliver RFQ messages, send confirmation emails, and maintain normal inquiry records. Cloudflare provides Turnstile, Web Analytics, and Zaraz Consent Management. Microsoft Corporation acts as a processor for Microsoft Clarity analytics. Google LLC provides Google Analytics 4.

Website Analytics and Consent

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits to public pages and processes general browser, device and region information and performance signals without analytics cookies, localStorage, or visitor fingerprinting. It does not log URL query strings. Cloudflare retains unsampled beacon data for 7 days, then aggregates it to about 10% for longer-term storage; dashboard data is available for the previous 6 months. Cloudflare Zaraz presents the analytics choice and stores it in the first-party zaraz-consent cookie, which may persist for up to 12 months. Cookie preferences lets visitors change or withdraw that choice. Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4 are optional and use a global opt-in rule.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity loads only after explicit analytics consent and only on eligible public content pages when the hostname is exactly www.mttj.com and neither the current URL nor the referrer URL contains a query string or URL fragment (#). Contact, RFQ, privacy, careers, not-found, preview, local-development, and automated-test pages are excluded. Clarity may process pages visited, general device and browser details, approximate region, clicks, scroll depth, JavaScript errors, and masked session rendering. Balanced masking is used; the complete RFQ form and email and phone links are explicitly masked. After consent, Clarity may set the first-party cookies _clck and _clsk. Session playback is retained for 30 days. Click and heatmap data, and labeled or favorited sessions, may be retained for up to 9 months. Withdrawing through Cookie preferences sends Clarity a denied consent state and reloads the page; Microsoft removes its cookies and ends the current session. Clarity does not run on the reloaded or later pages unless consent is granted again. MTTJ does not configure a custom Clarity user identifier.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 runs only after explicit consent to the Analytics and site improvement purpose. The website sends only 12 allowlisted browser events and approved categorical properties through the managed Cloudflare Zaraz tool; it does not load gtag.js or Google Tag Manager. Names, company names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, free text, RFQ field values, drawing or specification links, full referrers, URL query strings or fragments, raw inquiry identifiers, and custom user identifiers are not sent. Zaraz hides the originating IP address, Google Analytics Audiences is disabled, and Google Consent Mode v2 denies analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization by default. After analytics consent, analytics storage may be granted; advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied. Withdrawing consent prevents later GA4 events. The GA4 property retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; new user activity resets the user-data retention period. MTTJ does not register an inquiry identifier as a custom dimension.

RFQ Attribution and Analytics Events

This site may keep a first-party session record of the first landing path, the most recent external or campaign landing path, first and most recent source categories, safe internal paths or external hostnames, and first and most recent accepted UTM campaign codes. The raw paths, hostnames, and UTM codes can accompany an RFQ in the restricted internal sales notice. Source IP address; Cloudflare country code, time zone, data-center code, and request identifier; browser language and time zone; email domain; and User-Agent may also accompany that internal notice for inquiry security and manual identity verification. This raw request context is not included in the requester confirmation email, Resend tags, GA4, Analytics Engine, the public API response, or application logs. Analytics systems receive only controlled source-category values and RFQ completeness booleans for drawing availability, quantity supplied, application supplied, and whether the test requirement is specified, together with approved page, CTA, product, and industry categories. They do not receive country from the RFQ, quantity values, URLs, UTM codes, referrers, raw inquiry identifiers, names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or free text.

International Transfer

RFQ information may be accessed or transmitted across countries or regions because MTTJ supports international OEM projects and uses global hosting, security, and email delivery providers.

Files and Sensitive Information

The online RFQ form accepts text and HTTPS secure links and does not provide direct file upload. Attachments sent from the requester's email client go directly to the existing MTTJ RFQ sales mailbox; the website does not receive, upload, parse, or store those attachments in D1. Do not submit passwords, payment data, unrelated personal records, or highly sensitive information before MTTJ sales provides a suitable exchange method.

Retention

Accepted RFQ text, contact information, secure links supplied by the requester, request context, and notification records are kept for the time needed to respond, discuss quotations, maintain inquiry and follow-up records, operate the website, meet applicable obligations, and handle security or delivery issues. They are not assigned a fixed automatic deletion date. First-party attribution remains in the browser only for the current session. Cloudflare Web Analytics keeps unsampled beacon data for 7 days, then retains aggregated data that is available for the previous 6 months. The first-party zaraz-consent cookie may retain the analytics choice for up to 12 months. Clarity session playback is retained for 30 days. Clarity click and heatmap data, and labeled or favorited sessions, may be retained for up to 9 months. The GA4 property retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; new user activity resets the user-data retention period.

Business contacts may request access, correction, or removal of RFQ contact information through the public RFQ email. Limited records may be retained where needed for security, dispute handling, or ordinary business records. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. Please include enough detail to identify the inquiry.

Security Limitations

MTTJ uses reasonable website and email safeguards for the RFQ process, including server-side Turnstile verification and controlled email delivery. No website form or email method can guarantee absolute security, so OEM teams should avoid submitting highly sensitive information until MTTJ provides an appropriate exchange method.

Children and Minors

This website is intended for business-to-business cable assembly inquiries and is not directed to children or minors. MTTJ does not knowingly request children's personal information through the RFQ form.

Policy Updates

MTTJ may update this Privacy Policy when website forms, service providers, contact methods, or RFQ handling processes change. The updated date above identifies the current published version.
