MTTJ forms straight cable into retractable coils, then prepares the tails and assembles the specified ends. Relaxed length, working reach, coil diameter, cable diameter, and jacket behavior determine the forming setup and inspection.

Cable extrusion is used when the assembly needs a construction beyond standard cable. MTTJ links conductor layout, shielding, jacket, diameter, color, and marking to the later cutting, stripping, connector, and overmolding operations.

MTTJ assembles branched harnesses and connectorized leads from drawings and BOMs. Work can include cutting, stripping, crimping, specified soldering, routing protection, labels, electrical checks, and packing.

Testing follows the wiring table, method, fixture, and pass/fail criteria. Depending on the assembly, MTTJ can perform continuity, polarity, hi-pot, insulation resistance, airtightness, visual, dimensional, label, and packing checks and record the agreed results.

MTTJ performs in-house flat cable splitting, tearing, and cutting to drawing-defined dimensions. The RFQ should identify the cable construction, conductor count and pitch, split layout, cut length, connector or end treatment, and inspection criteria.
